ART HOMEWORK
Ms. Stillwagon-September 25, 2015
Great job today! Your identity portraits are looking great! Reflect on our analysis of Junior’s drawings (see example below) and different artist’s portraits from today’s class. Complete your own cartoon portrait the same way Junior does by choosing two ways you identify yourself.
Level 1:
1.) Think of a time where you felt conflicted between two groups of people. Relate this experience to Junior feeling like a devil to one group and an angel to the other. Create your own cartoon on the back of the paper to illustrate this experience.
 Level 2:
1.) Think of a time where you felt conflicted between two groups of people. Relate this experience to Junior feeling like a devil to one group and an angel to the other. Create your own cartoon on the back of the paper to illustrate this experience.
2.) Write a minimum of 2 sentences to create a caption for your drawing.
Level 3:
1.) Think of a time where you felt conflicted between two groups of people. Relate this experience to Junior feeling like a devil to one group and an angel to the other. Create your own cartoon on the back of the paper to illustrate this experience.
2.) Write a minimum of 2 sentences to create a caption for your drawing.
3.) Reflect on your experience and write down what a good solution could have been.
